dried Raw seamoss
This Makes 16oz + of seamoss Gel
rinse 3-4 Times
Clean thoroughly ( check for shells and debris)
rinse again
then Soak in spring or alkaline water
bLend until smooth
makes about 16 Oz
How to Prepare:
- Rinse a handful of Sea Moss about 3 times well and put in a container with enough water to cover it and soak for at least 8-24 hours. You can also add a squeeze of lime juice or lemon juice while soaking to neutralize the Seamoss taste.
- Remove Sea Moss from water then place in a blender with just enough water to cover the Sea Moss and blend until it makes a smooth paste/gel. Your seamoss is now ready to be used in your smoothies, tea, coffee, juice desserts and even face masks!
- Store refrigerated in a clean glass jar for up to 4 weeks.
